Robust Construction
These containers are ideal for use
with liquids. A hygienic stainless steel drum is fitted with a 1” ferrule (BS4825-3).
Containers with Ferrules are the perfect vessel for use in laboratories, production and general work.
The valve (tap) can be clamped on to the ferrule and then be used to empty the container in a controlled manner.

QAQC LAB 316L Stainless Steel Drums with a slanted base, allow the drums to drain completely. The drums are finished to a mirror polish for easy cleaning. At the bottom of the slanted base is a 1.5" ferrule for easy emptying.
As standard the stainless steel drums come with lid, clamp and silicone seal. Other seals including Viton and EPDM are available on request.

Our wide mouth containers are perfect for manufacturing and storage of powders and liquids. They are manufactured to the highest standards so they can be easily cleaned between batches.
The 6” tri ferrule lid system (BS4825) is both very practical and easy to use. It also gives an excellent water and air tight seal.
As standard the containers come with a silicone seal (FDA and EC Complaint grade). This seal can be changed to Viton, PTFE or EPDM.

The wide mouth mirror polished finish means the containers can be easily cleaned between use. The silicone seal comes away from the lid so thorough cleaning can be carried out.

Our stainless steel GL45 containers combine the benefits of 316L stainless steel with the widely used GL45 bottle thread. The containers are available in various sizes and capacities to suit diverse laboratory and production requirements.
The lid can be unscrewed in seconds. A PTFE seal is fitted in the lid (this seal can be removed for easy cleaning).
The containers are electro-polished to give an excellent surface finish.
The containers are supplied with a certificate of conformity confirming the grade of stainless steel, finish and BSE free.
